Now consider an area where you would like to increase your satisfaction. What would you have to do to reach a higher number in that area? Define a precise action. Commit to taking that action and write it down.

Notice how uncomfortable it makes you when you think about taking action. Rate that uncomfortable feeling on a scale from 0-10. Note the areas in your body that react to that thought.
